ChatHealth is a safe and secure messaging platform which helps young people from 11-19 years old get confidential help and advice from healthcare professionals. 

The ChatHealth text service is an easy way for young people to confidentially ask for help about a range of issues. They can also find out how to access other local services including emotional support or sexual health services.

ChatHealth is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm, excluding bank holidays. If you text us out of hours, you will receive an automated message with advice on where to get help if your question is urgent.
